4. Course Unit Comments
The Site uses a commenting system on course units to allow students to
communicate with each other and engage with course material. When you post
a comment, your name and comment content are visible to other enrolled
students and site administrators.
Comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service. Your IP
address may be passed to that service for this purpose.

5. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to our mailing list, we will send you information about new
courses, events, and updates from Holmgren Design. We use Vbout to manage
our email marketing.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or
by contacting us at [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing
will not affect transactional emails related to your course enrolments.

6. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with third-party
service providers who assist us in operating the Site and delivering our
services, and only to the extent necessary.
Stripe — Payment processing
Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe. We do not store your
card number or CVV. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/au/privacy.
Vbout — Email marketing
If you subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address are stored
in Vbout to manage communications. Vbout’s privacy policy is available at
vbout.com/privacy-policy.
These providers may be located outside Australia. Where we transfer personal
information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in
accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Course progress and comments: Retained for the life of your account.
